Dr. Anna Fischer
Dr. Anna Fischer joined CUSP in 2016 as CTO, bringing world-class expertise in autonomous driving systems from her decade at BMW Research. She holds a Ph.D. in Robotics from Technical University of Munich and has published 40+ peer-reviewed papers on sensor fusion and path planning. At CUSP, she architected the NavShield ADAS platform from concept to mass production, leading a team of 200+ engineers across AI, perception, and embedded systems. She is a member of the SAE International Level 3+ Autonomy Standards Committee and was named one of the Top 10 Women in Automotive Technology by Automotive News in 2023.
Autonomous driving is not a technology problem to solve. It is a trust problem to earn, one safe kilometer at a time.
