Our Mission
To empower every vehicle with intelligent navigation and safety technology that transforms driving from a task into an enjoyable, secure experience. We believe that world-class automotive software should be accessible to manufacturers of all sizes.
Our Vision
By 2030, CUSP aims to be the preferred technology partner for the top 50 global automotive brands. We envision a future where autonomous navigation is ubiquitous, accident-free driving is the norm, and every vehicle seamlessly connects to the smart city ecosystem.
Core Values
Safety First
Human lives are non-negotiable
Every line of code we write, every sensor we calibrate, every map we update is ultimately measured by one standard: does it make driving safer? Our ISO 26262 ASIL-D certification is not a checkbox — it is a culture.
Relentless Innovation
Push boundaries, question assumptions
We invest 18% of revenue into R&D every year. Our AI Lab files a new patent every 3 days. We believe the automotive industry is still in its first inning, and the companies that will lead the next decade are the ones innovating today.
Customer Obsession
Our OEMs are our partners, not accounts
We embed engineers in our customers- development teams. We answer support tickets in under 2 hours. We treat every OEM, from tier-1 giants to emerging EV startups, with the same level of dedication and white-glove service.
Global Collaboration
Diverse perspectives create better technology
Our team spans 35 nationalities and speaks 22 languages. Our Beijing AI researchers collaborate daily with Stuttgart engineers and Silicon Valley cloud architects. We believe the best solutions emerge when diverse minds work together.
