Maria Santos

Maria Santos drives CUSP global commercial strategy and customer relationships across 60+ countries. With two decades in the automotive industry, she previously served as Regional Sales Director at Continental AG where she closed partnerships with 8 of the top 10 European OEMs. At CUSP, she built the global sales organization from scratch, establishing direct OEM partnerships in China, Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. Her team achieved 85% year-over-year revenue growth for three consecutive years. Maria holds an MBA from INSEAD and is fluent in five languages. She was named Automotive Sales Executive of the Year by Automotive News Europe in 2022.
