Sarah O'Connor

Sarah O'Connor ensures CUSP solutions are delivered at automotive-grade quality and scale. She joined from Tesla where she led Gigafactory operations planning and scaled the supply chain to support 500,000+ vehicle production. At CUSP, she built the quality management system that achieved IATF 16949 certification and implemented lean manufacturing principles across all production lines. She manages relationships with 200+ Tier-2 suppliers and oversees the global logistics network that ships to 60+ countries. Sarah holds an M.S. in Supply Chain Management from MIT and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
